Doing good for yourself and others, in one fell swoop. And what’s more—having fun. All thanks, as often happens, to physical activity and the desire to be together.
All this—and more—is part of the fourth edition of Silent Fitness Solidale, scheduled for Sunday, May 26 in Fano, organized by the Italian Red Cross Fano Committee in collaboration with ASI Pesaro Urbino, and with the valuable participation of several instructors and sports technicians provided by various local organizations.
This is an event accessible to everyone—a solidarity walk with lots of music, but silent, and suitable for all ages. The goal is to promote physical activity as a source of health and social connection.
The meeting point is set for 8:30 a.m. at the Sassonia tensile structure, located on Viale Adriatico. After an initial registration phase, the walk will begin—almost five kilometers long—interspersed with light, accessible exercises.
The route will take participants through the Passeggiata del Lisippo, reaching the Lido and the new Darsena, before returning to the starting point. All of it under the guidance of a professional trainer and, of course, accompanied by music.
Each participant will receive previously sanitized wireless headphones—hence the term “silent”—through which they can hear both the instructor’s guidance and a musical soundtrack designed to enhance the experience.
