Empowering Women Through Movement: What Women Need Project

From June 26 to 30, an inspiring group of women gathered in Italy to take part in an international meeting within the European project What Women Need.

For four days, participants shared a unique space in the heart of nature, reconnecting with their bodies through sports, conscious movement, and teamwork. The experience was not only physically enriching but also deeply emotional, fostering community, breaking social isolation, and strengthening female empowerment. Physical activity was used as a powerful tool for health, transformation, and self-discovery.

Women of different ages and backgrounds from Spain, Italy, and Croatia came together to embark on a journey filled with learning, laughter, challenges, and personal growth.

The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants for their energy, dedication, and for making the gathering truly special. They also encouraged other women to stay connected through their networks to join future activities, promising equally inspiring opportunities ahead.
